The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with two double beds, nice fixtures, good lighting, and a really spacious bathroom. The AC was just okay during my stay. The service was friendly, kind, and professional, with amazing room service, housekeeping, and airport shuttle. The location felt like a tropical island, perfect for families visiting Parque del Cafe and Panaca. The dining experience was delicious, especially the fruit station and Colombian dishes. The facilities were well-kept with great pools and activities.
